Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
of September 6, 1995 № 2454

The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan proposed, and the people of Kazakhstan, at the republican referendum on August, 30, 1995, adopted the New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In connection with the results of the republican referendum having been officially published, and with the Constitution having come into force since September, 5, 1995, resolved:

1. To publish the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
