DECREE № 4453 OF 6TH DECEMBER 1999 OF THE PRESIDENT OF TURKMENISTAN
CONCERNING CONDUCTING OF THE TENDER ON PURCHASE
OF ELECTROTECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

For the performance of the Decree № 4417 of 22nd September 1999 of the President of Turkmenistan and for the purposes of increase of reliability of supply of electricity to the consumers, as well as increase of the export potential of Turkmenistan I decree:

1. That the materials for conducting of the international tender on purchase of electrotechnical equipment for sub-stations 220 kW in the cities of Gushgy, Kerki and Gerat elaborated by the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan shall be approved.

2. That the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan shall:

conduct the international tender on purchase of electrotechnical equipment for sub-stations 220 kW in the cities of Gushgy, Kerki and Gerat;

submit to the Council of Ministers of Turkmenistan till 10th December 1999 the procedure for and conditions of international tender having established the term for it conducting of 3 months starting since 10th December 1999.

3. That the attached composition of the commission for conducting of international tender on purchase of electrotechnical equipment shall be approved.

4. That the control over the performance of this Decree shall be entrusted to Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Turkmenistan S. Nuryev.
