Agreement
between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the
Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on establishment of Trade
Houses and permanent Exhibitions

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, hereinafter referred to as "Contracting Parties",

with a view to develop and expand trade and economic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Islamic Republic of Iran on the basis of mutual interests and equal legal rights,

have agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. In accordance with the given Agreement the Contracting Parties shall establish a Trade House and permanent Exhibition of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Islamic Republic of Iran and a Trade House and permanent Exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The Contracting Parties shall, in accordance with their national legislations, give each other lands for construction of Trade Houses and permanent exhibitions or lease buildings (premises).

3. Terms and procedure of granting lands or buildings (premises) for establishing Trade Houses and Exhibitions shall be determined by mutual agreement upon signing the separate Agreement between the Parties.
