Memorandum of understanding between
the Ministry of science and higher education
of the Republic of Kazakhstan and
the Ministry of education of the Republic of Serbia
and the in the field of higher education

The Ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of education of the Republic of Serbia, hereinafter referred to as «the Parties»,

in order to strengthen friendly relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Serbia, united by a common desire to establish and strengthen cooperation in the field of education;

convinced that this cooperation is a valuable tool for the further development of relations between countries; have reached an understanding on the following:

Paragraph 1

The parties plan to support and develop cooperation in the field of higher and (or) postgraduate education.

To this end, the Parties intend to inform each other on the following issues:

development of educational reform in both countries;

legislation, content, functioning and organization of higher and postgraduate education;

new technologies related to education, development of innovative programs and methods of their implementation;

management in education;
